back TEAMWORK David Ciancutti David Ciancutti, NLP certified, is a gifted and experienced instruction and management consultant specializing in training programs for all levels of business and healthcare personnel. In addition, David teaches specialized communications and teamwork training techniques to senior human resources development managers responsible for training programs within their corporations. As a certified Neuro-Linguistics Programmer (NLP), he conducts individualized personal development and problem solving courses for executives. David joined the Learning Center in 1977, as an experienced instructor. For 21 years, he has taught open workshops for mixed groups of professionals as well as developing and facilitating customized in-house teambuilding and communication programs for Mervyn's, Loma Linda University Medical Center, Lloyd Group Emergency Medical Services, I.B.M Corporation, Hewlett Packard, Heublein Inc., and many others. David has presented to organizations such as Fox & Carskadon, IBM, ILC Technology, Coordinators of Data Processing Education, UCSF, Forum Information Management Services, PG&E, Dexter Magnetics and others. David is a dynamic speaker and his talks are typically instructional combining topic information with humorous anecdotes. As Senior Training Consultant for the Learning Center, David has been influential in developing innovative customer service processes that serve as teaching devices while also being effective marketing tools. David holds a Masters degree in Science Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from Davis and Elkins College. He taught high school science for nine years in Virginia and Pennsylvania, and has served as Director of the Science Department responsible for the development and implementation of innovative science curricula. David currently specializes in Management and Organizational Development, completing a Master's Degree in that field from John F. Kennedy University.
